Le Bureau de d\u00e9veloppement professionnel continu (DPC) et la Division de n\u00e9phrologie de l’Universit\u00e9 d’Ottawa sont fiers d’offrir \u00e0 nouveau cette conf\u00e9rence d’une journ\u00e9e sur l’hypertension et l’insuffisance r\u00e9nale chronique aux m\u00e9decins de premier recours et aux autres professionnels de la sant\u00e9. Cette conf\u00e9rence a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour permettre une mise \u00e0 jour des connaissances dans ces deux domaines de pratique.<\/p>\n
