DESCRIPTION:7th Biennial Knee Symposium\nSeptember 17 & 18\, 2026 \nLocation: The Brookstreet Hotel \nClick here to learn more! \nRegistration coming soon! \nThis comprehensive symposium will address the spectrum of knee surgery from arthroscopy to joint preservation through to unicompartment and total joint arthroplasty. Sessions will emphasize decision making with case based lectures\, panel discussion\, debate of controversial topics\, and complications. Various demonstrations will be performed by the faculty\, including ultrasound sessions. The non-operative and rehab aspect of most of these conditions will be integrated into the discussion. This will be of specific interest to general physicians\, physiotherapists\, and athletic trainers. \nACCOMMODATIONS \nA block of rooms has been made available at the Brookstreet Hotel. Room rates begin at $230 + tax per night and can be booked by contacting the reservations department by phone (1-888-826-2220) or email (reservations@brookstreet.com) and quoting the event National Capital Knee Symposium. With each edition\, we aim to raise the bar—and 2026 will be no exception. \nFor our home base\, we’ve chosen the Hôtel A La Cour d’Alsace in the picturesque town of Obernai. Framed by vineyards to the west and the Rhine to the east\, Obernai is as charming as it is well situated. This year’s course will focus on the impact of traumatic birth experiences and NICU admissions on mothers\, fathers\, infants\, and healthcare providers. In live seminars\, you will hear directly from experts in the fields of child psychiatry\, perinatal mental health\, neonatal care and physician wellness. The expanded course agenda will facilitate interdisciplinary networking and dialogue. The afternoon closes with presentations from a comprehensive panel of community resource providers to showcase their integral roles in supporting new and growing families.
