Since then\, COFAS has fostered numerous initiatives related to education\, research and advocacy related to surgical foot and ankle care. \nREGISTRATION FEES\nSpace is limited\, register early to secure your spot – register now! \n\nPhysician Rate: $250 +HST\nResident/Fellow Rate: $25 +HST\n\nYour registration includes an invitation to the COFAS Foot and Ankle Course Dinner\, taking place May 3\, 2025 at 8:30PM. Online registration closes April 30\, 2025.
