Target Audience: Faculty at lecturer and assistant professor level who are unsure if they should be considering  promotion

Learning objectives:
At the end of the workshop the participant will be able to:
Describe the benefits of seeking promotion
Differentiate between academic activities and scholarship
Discuss opportunities to move academic participation to scholarship
