Course Description:
Foundations of Leadership is a series of 5 workshops aimed at providing clinicians and non-clinicians with tools to successfully lead and manage teams.

Participants will develop an understanding and skills of how to:

• Lead a process rather than manage it
• Manage various types of team members effectively and deal with conflict
• Get the most out of team members and keep them motivated
• Introduce and manage change
