COURSE DESCRIPTION
University of Ottawa, Office of Continuing Professional Development and the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism, TOH, are proud to offer this 1-day in person course in Endocrinology and Diabetes for primary care physicians. This popular course serves as a refresher of current guidelines and standards for the work-up and management of common endocrine disorders and diabetes therapies.

OVERALL LEARNING OBJECTIVES
By the end of the educational activity, participants will be able to:

• Outline approaches to diagnosing common endocrine disorders
• Prescribe new therapies for diabetes and endocrine disorders
• Identify patients who require specialized care by an endocrinologist etc.
